Personal Fitness Training

Sessions include strength and conditioning, as well as balance and coordination training. Sessions are safe for those interested in returning to exercise after an injury, or want to safely perform whole body training while concurrently rehabilitating from an injury or surgery. Initial baseline assessment ensures that sessions are tailored to meet individual past medical/surgical history, abilities, personal styles, and fitness goals. Workouts are customized, functional, and fun. Frequency of appointments can vary between 1-2 sessions to help establish an independent program and/or procure new exercise ideas, or multiple times per week for those in need of accountability and instruction.

Availability is between 8:30am and 2:30pm on weekdays only.

Sessions are 50 minutes

  • $60/session (package of 4 session purchase) – must be used in 3 months*
  • $50/session (package of 10 session purchase) – must be used in 3 months*
